Founder, President & CEO
Mr. Isaac Acquah is the Founder, President and CEO of Acquah International Consulting. He is an accomplished Learning and Development Professional with extensive leadership and problem-solving experience. He has over 20+ years of experience in sales, learning & development. He is also the Co -founder and Vice President of The Wentworth Institute of Science and Health. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to investing in the future of science. Mr. Acquah graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. His mission is to enable organizations to foster a culture of learning and growth that supports their vision and values.

Dr. Sarah Acquah
Board Chair
Dr. Sarah Acquah serves as the Board Chair of Acquah International Consulting and a distinguished global leader in higher education with more than 40 years of experience driving academic innovation, international engagement, and institutional excellence. An expert in extension education, she has built a career focused on expanding access to education, fostering cross-cultural collaboration, and preparing students for success in an increasingly global workforce.
Dr. Acquah earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from The Ohio State University. During her tenure at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, she served as an award-winning lecturer, trusted advisor, and Director of the Center for International Education, leading strategic initiatives that supported thousands of students in achieving academic and professional success. Recognized for her visionary leadership and commitment to student development, she continues to advise organizations on global education strategy, program development, and leadership advancement.

Dr. Emmanuel Acquah
Vice Chair & Senior Board Advisor
Sir Dr. Emmanuel Acquah serves as Senior Board Advisor, bringing more than 40 years of distinguished leadership in agricultural economics, international development, and global higher education. He is the former Associate Vice President, Executive Director of International Programs, and Professor of Agricultural Economics at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), as well as Project Manager for Humanitarian Assistance Technical Support (HATS).
A globally recognized agricultural economist, Dr. Acquah’s expertise spans production economics, rural and institutional development, agribusiness, economics of education, and sustainable agricultural systems. He has served as Principal Investigator on numerous international research and development initiatives and has taught extensively at both graduate and undergraduate levels across disciplines, including international trade, farm management, economic theory, and quantitative methods. His global engagement includes visiting professorships at the University of Science and Technology in Ghana, Egerton University in Kenya, and Ain Shams University in Egypt, as well as professional work across Africa and the Caribbean.
Throughout his award-winning career, he has raised over 10 million dollars in funding for international research and development.
In recognition of his contributions to international development and education, Dr. Acquah was honored as a Royal Knight in the Republic of Cameroon. He is also one of the inaugural recipients of the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities’1890 Universities Career Exemplar Award. He holds a B.S. in General Agriculture from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from The Ohio State University.
